Mobile medical centres missions

Mobile medical clinics bring doctors of various specializations — such as cardiologists, neurologists, pediatricians, ophthalmologists, and others — directly to communities in de-occupied and frontline areas of Kherson, Dnipro, and Mykolaiv regions.

These regions often lack access to specialist care due to the destruction or closure of local hospitals caused by the war. Our mobile teams fill this critical gap by providing in-person medical consultations, diagnostics, and referrals — right where people live.

For patients, this means timely access to qualified healthcare without the need to travel long distances. For local health systems, it means relief and support in places where capacity is extremely limited.

Online access to doctors

05.02.23

We brought doctors to the villages of Novoselivka and Drobyshevo, Donetsk region. Many doctors from the region were evacuated. Hospitals are overloaded with wounded soldiers from the frontline. There is no transport connection as well as network. People do not have access to doctors, the opportunity to receive advice, prescriptions for medicines, or referrals to other specialists.

We arranged appointments with doctors right in the villages, in comfort and under conditions of confidentiality. A nurse helped measure sugar, blood pressure and did other tests. Doctors connected online and consulted people, gave recommendations and prescribed treatment. The need for access to doctors in the de-occupied territories remains huge, so we are happy to help.

Mission to Kupyansk

29.11.22

In recent days, the ambulance has been working around the liberated territories near Kupyansk: Kovsharivka, Novosinovo, Kupyansk Vuslozyi. We delivered much-needed food, medicine, candles and hygiene products. Also, we worked with the evacuation list.

During the work, there were 3 cases when the team found dead bodies at the addresses or neighbours said they "buried him/her yesterday". There is no heating, electricity, gas or water. The situation is extremely difficult. That is why people are weakened. For low mobility or lying people, sometimes it's a critical line.

It is very difficult to work there because there is no communication, so people leave applications through notes or by word of mouth to someone who is going from that territory. There were several evacuations of bedridden patients.

Mission to Volchansk

20.11.22

We helped evacuate a senior centre. We agreed that there would be a lying patient and a nurse. Therefore, our volunteer driver went alone. But on the spot, the director of the centre said there were no nurses because almost no one left there.

The patients were stable. They had to be evacuated as soon as possible because loud explosions were heard nearby. The director said to take one lying patient and four sitting ones. They did not walk, they could only sit, and two could slowly move around with a walker. We drove with them for almost seven hours on bombed-out roads.

It was a risky evacuation, but there was still a group of Red Cross paramedics not far away, so plan B was to contact them and ask for help. Fortunately, everything went well. Women said that the road was okay and shaking was not a problem—imagine that we are on a cruise ship in the Mediterranean Sea :)

House calls in Kupyansk Vuzlovyi

16.11.22

Together with the field hospital, we also went on house calls to those who could not move independently. Our medic volunteers, Simon and Jack, make bandages and distribute medicine, bandages and special bandages for bedsores. Sometimes people had terrible wounds that were not treated in any way for months under occupation.

We brought insulin at the people's request. We made a DIY refrigerator from foil and frozen oil to cool it while transporting.

"Field hospital" in Kupyansk Vuzlovyi

16.11.22

We worked as a field hospital in Kupyansk and distributed humanitarian aid (medicines, cereals, bread, matches, candles etc.). Take a look at the queues. There is a huge problem now. There are many people and children as well.

Mission to Kupyansk

15.11.22

We went to Kupyansk with two ambulances. The city's main bridge had been blown up, so people from the other side of the Oskol River came on foot or on bicycles to get humanitarian aid. We brought them food and provided medical help.

On the way back, we had two evacuations—a family of 5 people with an 87-year-old grandmother who could not walk and a paralyzed lady lying down after a stroke. The road was very hard for her, so the medical team helped her cope with the road and motion sickness easier with the help of medicines. We took everybody to Kharkiv.

A dog hit by a car

06.08.22

Our volunteers can't drive past. We were delivering humanitarian aid to Kramatorsk when we saw a dog on the road. It was hit by a car.

The whole ambulance was filled with humanitarian aid, which we packed last night. Our volunteers didn't expect any for the patients on the way to Kramatorsk until they unloaded it. But, of course, they stopped and repackaged the ambulance to find a place in it. They took the dog to veterinarians, where it would have an X-ray and then needed treatment.

Who we are

We had businesses and launched startups, so we have strong digital and management skills. We use these skills to help Ukrainians survive this difficult time.

Now, we focus on medical help on frontline and

de-occupied territories, and it helps us to help efficiently. But on the beginning of the full-scale invasion, we had different initiatives:

  • Delivered humanitarian and military aid.

  • Helped people with evacuation.

  • Launched a tech solution that helped with coordination.
