Mobile medical centres missions
Mobile medical clinics bring doctors of various specializations — such as cardiologists, neurologists, pediatricians, ophthalmologists, and others — directly to communities in de-occupied and frontline areas of Kherson, Dnipro, and Mykolaiv regions.
These regions often lack access to specialist care due to the destruction or closure of local hospitals caused by the war. Our mobile teams fill this critical gap by providing in-person medical consultations, diagnostics, and referrals — right where people live.
For patients, this means timely access to qualified healthcare without the need to travel long distances. For local health systems, it means relief and support in places where capacity is extremely limited.

25 patients in the village of Stepne, a de-occupied part of the Kherson region.
Two were referred for urgent hospitalization. The man had the opportunity and left for hospitalization on his own with the referral he received. Another woman was in critical condition, according to indicators she had a hypertensive crisis. We stabilized her and took her home by ambulance because she refused to go to the hospital in Kryvyi Rih, and nearby hospitals did not accept patients. The patient's family received medication and instructions on how to continue her treatment.
All patients received several referrals to specialized doctors. Their health problems have worsened in the months without doctors, so they need a lot of attention now. But without a family doctor and referrals from him, they could not get to other specialists. So we are happy to help and restore access to family medicine.

We consulted 41 patients during the day. There is no family doctor in the village, and pharmacies do not work. People have not seen doctors for long, so diseases have worsened. We gave many medicines and referrals for further examinations and consultations with narrowly specialized doctors.

Together with the "Miy likar" clinic, we consulted 13 patients, one of whom we took for urgent hospitalization. We did basic medical tests (blood pressure, sugar, saturation) for everybody and gave recommendations and medications or referrals. Also, we did cardiograms or "looked" at the ears using a telemedical otoscopy device as needed.
People have not seen doctors for months. Requests range from "normal" health problems like high blood pressure or joint pain to nightmares and memory problems after the missile fell near the house🥲

We are happy to come again and set up a mobile telemedicine centre with doctors from Kyiv private hospital Miy Likar. There is no local doctor, no pharmacies and transport, so our mobile medicine centre helps people to get needed medical recommendations.

That was our second telemedicine visit to Lozove and the third in total. Twenty-two patients this time—there is still a great need in consultations with doctors. Everybody got basic medical examinations and recommendations from the doctor. And also, there were a lot of prescriptions for medicines and referrals for further examinations or consultations with specialized doctors.

84 patients a day in the village of Novoselivka (de-occupied territory, Donetsk region).
Five patients got referrals for urgent hospitalizations. We took three of them to Kharkiv the same day (as we had three spare seats in the ambulance) and were in contact with other ones to organize their medical evacuation later.
Although there is a nurse here, there is no hospitals and doctors, so our missions is very valuable for people.
