A woman from Kravtsivka
13.04.23
During our telemedicine consultations in Kravtsivka one woman with severe shortness of breath received an electronic referral for urgent hospitalization. We immediately picked her up and brought her to a hospital in Kharkiv, where she was immediately taken to the cardiology department.

The woman from Drobyshevo
11.04.23
A woman with critically high bilirubin was at the online consultation with the doctor. We urgently took her to Dnipro and hospitalized her for further examination and treatment.
In the morning of that day, she went to take tests in Lyman, where she was sent to Kramatorsk. But she did not have the opportunity to get there, because there was no transport. In addition, she was referred for consultations, not for hospitalization. Since the hospitals in Kramatorsk and Slovyansk are overloaded, it would be extremely difficult for her even to get consultations there.
High bilirubin is very dangerous. With the norm up to 16, the woman had 90 for two weeks. If such a situation is not dealt with urgently, the person could no longer be alive in a week. We're happy to be able to help in time.

A woman from Bakhmut area
30.03.23
We organized the medical evacuation of a woman who was injured in the explosions near Bakhmut, then got treatment at the Svitlovodsk hospital and needed treatment at a clinic in Dnipro. During the week, the woman was treated in that hospital, and then she was redirected to a specialized hospital in another city. State ambulances do not travel between cities and do not carry out such transportation for civilians. So we helped organize and cover all costs.
We thank the rapid response unit of the city of Dnipro for the help and transportation. And, of course, it's always a pleasure to see the ambulance we bought for them at the beginning of the full-scale war working every day helping patients.

An older woman from Lozove
25.03.23
We planned to take her for hospitalization, but after a deeper diagnosis at the hospital and consultations with various specialists, they found that she did not need to be hospitalized.
A cardiologist and an ophthalmologist examined her. The woman was diagnosed with glaucoma. She had high blood pressure and many side problems. She got a lot of prescriptions for medicine to even out the blood pressure and eye drops because her vision started to fail. We bought all the necessary medication.
With the help of volunteers from Kharkiv, we hosted her for a week in a shelter for IDPs. There is light, water, heat and everything necessary for life. Therefore, in addition to the treatment, the woman is also delighted with the living conditions) She had had no water, electricity, or gas in the village for many months, so such comfortable conditions in the shelter pleased her.

A child from Rubtsi
25.03.23
On telemedicine consultation, the doctor recommended hospitalization for a kid, so we took him with his mother to Kharkiv. He has an aggravated asthma condition and several other health issues. In particular, a planned operation is necessary. But for the operation he needs anaesthesia, and it cannot be done in his situation with asthma now. Therefore, the hospital will first take the child out of aggravated condition. After that, the family may immediately plan the operation so that they do not have to come for a second time.

An older man from Drobyshevo
25.03.23
During our online consultation with a doctor, the man got a reference for hospitalisation. A few years ago, he had suffered a stroke, but the complications were still there, and his condition was worsening. He has a severe form of hypertension. Therefore, we took him to the hospital for inpatient treatment at Kharkiv hospital.

An older man with a heart attack
13.02.23
An older man was brought to the consultation with a doctor with severe shortness of breath, high blood pressure and weakness in the body, with suspicion of a heart attack. The doctor issued an urgent electronic referral for hospitalization, and we immediately took him to the hospital in Dnipro.
Eight days passed, the man received the necessary treatment, he got better, and we had already helped him to return home.
It is hard to imagine what would have happened if we had not come to this village that day. Unfortunately, 103 has yet to resume work in this area steadily.
